With more than 25 years of experience in Neurology, Doug Schell brings exceptional knowledge, compassion, and continuity of care to every patient encounter. As a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, he works in close collaboration with Dr. Mahmoud to support comprehensive management across a wide range of neurological conditions, ensuring patients receive consistent support and access throughout their treatment journey.

To prepare for your neurology appointment in Kansas City, please bring:

Valid photo ID and current insurance card(s).
List of current medications and dosages.
Prior MRI, CT scans, imaging, and lab reports.
Neurology records or referral notes.
Completed new patient forms. If online forms have not been completed, please download, print, and bring the completed forms to your appointment.

Visit Payments

Copayments, deductibles, and any applicable patient responsibilities will be collected at the time of service.
